This book is written with special appreciation to contributions by Hartmut (Harry) Joost, whose fine German restaurant, owned and operated by his lovely wife Aida (third picture, with umbrella on table), which is promoted by Shay Cullen as a “sleazy bar” (direct quote from several of his documents, newspaper and Internet releases).

Please see the pictures of this Cullen-described “sleazy bar” here (pictures taken in 1998).  Note the pictures of the outside of the establishment:  Is there any advertisement for drinks or bar-type entertainment at all?  I’ve never seen a bar NOT advertise at least the word “DRINKS,” “BEER” or “ENTERTAINMENT” outside!

The menu is much too large to include here, but on the last page of said menu (page 17 of the menu), the drink list starts with (in order, from top to bottom) brewed coffee, instant coffee, hot tea, iced tea, hot or cold milk, hot or cold chocolate, Coke, Sprite, mineral water large or small, soda water, tonic water, fruit juices, Rain Malt Soda, Cali Shandy, and, after all the above, beer and other alcoholic beverages!

At most bars, the order of advertisement is “beer, mixed drinks, soft drinks.”  What does this say about Shay Cullen’s honesty?

The menu also includes breakfast items (mostly German style) including a separate page just for omelets; sandwiches, soups, salads and chicken dishes, German dishes, Filipino dishes, steaks, curry dishes, Chinese dishes, rice dishes, Pizza varieties and finally, seafood dishes.  At most, most bars might have hamburgers and fries or other such "fast food."

The above, of course, does not take into consideration his special, which is Eisbein (pig knuckle), a German specialty dish.

Why go into such detail of a restaurant vs. a sleazy bar?  Because Cullen damaged the reputation of a fine man and his family, and the reader should know the truth.  Harry is now dead and his family is nearly destitute because they could not compete against Shay Cullen's tactics of destruction of their family; what a FINE priest Shay Cullen is!

Do you agree with Shay Cullen what a sleazy bar this is?

Think about it: Other priests, government officials and media have often eaten there, which shows what a fine sleazy bar it is not.
