This work is based on over six thousand documents, some of which are several hundred pages long, although most are in the range of one to ten pages.  Most of the documents are from court cases I have filed, newspaper articles and letters, but there are other cases that I have been given access to in the interest of publicly exposing Shay Cullen, as well as the complete Preda web site that I downloaded with their permission (reprinted here) as a zip file.

 

Thank you, Shay Cullen and Preda, for allowing me to have documents proving what you say to the world.

For those persons or agencies who may actually pursue legal means and can prove to me that the reason to obtain these documents is to bring to justice this man, I want to withhold said documents because my children and other families have been greatly hurt by this man, and I do not want their names dragged in public any more than is absolutely necessary.  Apparently, this quest for common decency does not apply to Shay Cullen, as his web site shows.  It would be one thing to publicly state that a person is “convicted” after the fact, but to call a person a rapist or pedophile, and especially calling a minor a rapist without even a conviction is absolutely appalling!  Worse, writing these words without any court conviction amounts to libel, but Shay Cullen and his workers seem to be above the law, because efforts to convict them for libel or slander are always dismissed, allowing him to continue unabated to destroy the lives of families with uncensored words, saying that the “Sex Mafia” is behind any complaint.

I thank other contributors to this work (and there are many more of them than can be publicly thanked by name, some of whom do not wish to have their names published) with the fervent hope that the readers of this will tell everyone they know about this site.

I make this statement for the fact that Hartmut “Harry” Joost has no retirement income, scrapes out a living helping others who quite often do not pay for his help, leaving him to do what he can for next to nothing in return.  Harry was appointed by the barangay council of Barretto as the Liaison Officer for the Foreign Community, and is the only person I know who uses his own money to rescue foreigners framed up by the likes of Shay Cullen and other persons of devious nature.  I know, for I did not have money in 1998, and he paid for transportation, copies of documents, and court filing fees for me.  For this reason, Shay Cullen is trying to get him deported as explained later in this book (and on his own web site), even though Harry Joost has already proved in court his right to live here – read all about it!

Harry was responsible to organize legal help and the local clergy for helping an Australian from a false conviction of Shay Cullen, which I understand was finally overturned.  Even though the Australian was granted a new trial (which makes the conviction academic), Shay Cullen claims that the Australian is a “convicted paedophile” (his spelling).

I had no hand in that, yet I am called by Shay Cullen a member of the sex Mafia of Olongapo because of 1) my association with Harry; 2) I had met the Australian at Harry’s insistence while the old man was in jail; and 3) that I filed probably more complaints for libel and slander than anyone else against Shay Cullen for what he wrote against my children and I.

This claim of Shay Cullen that I am part of a group of wealthy bar owners and a member of the “Olongapo Sex Mafia” is interesting, as my sole income is from my military retirement, and I have been denied justice from that libel done by Shay Cullen many times, and all the money I spent for justice has never been seen since; even this web site is paid from my own pocket.

It is with special note here that I want to be very clear about:  Shay Cullen and certain of his supporters have tried unsuccessfully to have my lawyer disbarred.  For this reason, I went to another legal source for the compilation of the wording in order to prevent false accusations against my lawyer, which, from experience, Shay Cullen and some of his supporters are quite capable and have done (evidence of that later in this book).  I’m not saying that my lawyer does not know of the site and its contents; I am saying that he provided no guidance nor help in its production.
