What motives are involved here with this site and with Preda Foundation's site?

  With this site, the answer is simple:  I and my family are under attack by Preda Foundation, and I am defending myself and my family.  With regards to Shay Cullen and his staff at Preda Foundation, the answer is a lot more complicated, so please bear with me as I try to tie it all together for you.

    Beginning in 1974, Preda, originally named the "Zambales Rehabilation Centre" [SIC], was set up as a drug rehabilitation center to treat any who were addicted to drugs or alcohol, according to Shay Cullen's book, "Passion and Power" and actually confirmed by the Articles of Incorporation dated June 3, 1974, provided to me by the Securities and Exchange Commission when I asked a question of the legality of a subsequent Articles of Incorporation presented to me WITHOUT signatures.

    From the very beginning, it appears that Shay Cullen was involved in attempts to make himself look good to the world, but his act of theft, which he admitted in his book, "Passion and Power" on page 113, when he stated, "During that time, I was still at DARE and following the original agreement to set up the DARE Centre and run it as director.  In that capacity, I applied for the land usage permit and signed it as the applicant.", a direct admission that he had been working for Father Garon and had obtained the property that is now Preda Foundation, Inc. for the organization known as DARE, run by his superior, Father Bob Garon, shows that his concern was more about himself than about what he was doing to help others.  He clearly admits that he was to run the facility in the capacity as director under DARE, and if he can cheat his own people, what about those who trust in him, giving donations supposed to be used to help others?

  OK, so the above does not show the connection with Shay Cullen's motives with me yet, but please be patient - there is more to come, and it is important if you want to know WHY Shay Cullen and his staff at Preda are so incensed at my family and I.

   Moving further along, Shay Cullen seems to have framed up several foreigners in his attempt to gain glory, according to my research.  For instance, he gloats over his conviction of one certain Victor Keith Fitzgerald, a man I was introduced to while he was incarcerated in jail.  My opinion is that the man may well have been innocent, but the length of effort by Shay Cullen and his staff at Preda to maintain the man in jail is what got my attention.  Now it appears that many of the same methods are being used on my family and I to get me separated from my family, jailed and deported.

    And, if you care to notice, I have not defendend nor condemned Mr. Fitzgerald at all.  If the man is innocent, let him be proven innocent.  But the question of why Shay Cullen continues to hound that man, even admitting on his own web site that his fellow priests demand the truth, tells me that there is a maliciousness about Shay Cullen and his staff that should be questioned by the reader.  Why is it so important to him and them to not admit that they may have made a mistake?

    In fact, much of the information about the case and history of Victor Keith Fitzgerald has been removed from Preda's web site.  They now have a NEW TARGET - my children and I.

    Eye opener?  I hope so! 

    Naturally, now that I have pointed out this error on their part, they will most likely correct it, but the point has been made, hasn't it? 

    Obviously, I am a burr under Shay Cullen and Preda's saddle that annoys him and them to no end, if they must resort to cheap shots like that!  And this man and his organization has the gall to call himself and themselves a Human Rights Advocate!

    Hopefully, the reader will be getting to see the motive for the attacks by Preda and Shay Cullen, but let's go further:  Shay Cullen committed rape on my daughter at the tender age of seven years old.  She said so, and based on the attempts by Shay Cullen to cover up the events of facts, such as back dating the Preda log book, creating an English copy of the said log book, submitting false sworn statements such as my daughter was not there for an additional two days (there's that famous '2' again), committing perjury by two staff, Robert Garcia and Gladys Escasa (see dismissal below, which clearly states that "the perjurious statement of the respondents" [page 2, 3rd paragraph]) and submitting evidence that another 14-year-old child may have been raped after her hymen had been proven to be intact, I believe her.

    The above three-page document is clear enough to anyone schooled in common sense that some underhanded deals were made by Shay Cullen and Preda.  After all, perjury is a lie on a sworn document, right?  The relativity of the document was clearly to establish that a filed document was NOT RECEIVED when it was plainly proven that the two respondents did receive the legal document and lied about not receiving it, giving Shay Cullen another opportunity to escape from the charge of rape of a child.

   The point is "WHY", and here is the motive in plain language:  Shay Cullen and his staff are hell-bent to file rape charges against two boys, one of which is my son, and the only way they can do this successfully is if they discredit me and my efforts to show that he was not guilty.  So, to do this, their motive is to frame me up as a bad father, an undesirable alien in the Philippines, and if they are successful, then they have achieved another "pedophile" to their short list of victories.

    I say 'short list' with a reason:  If you care to look at the Preda web site, how many NAMED pedophiles are listed that were by direct result of Preda or Shay Cullen's actions?  I count, myself included, eleven (11) cases by Preda or with the mention of Shay Cullen as the instigator to locate any named pedophiles.  A further three (3) were mentioned by name and one (1) suspect unnamed as being prosecuted by the authorities without mentioning the Preda Foundation or Shay Cullen, and twelve (12) being prosecuted by Thailand authorities with no mention of Preda involvement.

    Here is a prime example of what I talk about when Shay Cullen misdirects and confuses issues:  Per his remarks concerning the legal case of Douglas Michael Slade, Shay Cullen states that he has lived in the Philippines for 21 years, and the article was supposedly written in April of 2006, so Mr. Slade came into the Philippines in 1985, correct?  But when the reader continues to read, he was exposed in 1975 as a ringleader for a group called "Paedophile Action for Liberation, which aimed to make this crime 'Legal'.  Now, there is no allegation that this exposure happened in the Philippines or in the man's home country, but if this allegation is true and Preda has documentation of such proof, the short cut would be to have the man deported immediately instead of wasting time with a costly court case in the Philippines.  But to do that might deprive Shay Cullen of needed public exposure, right?  Therefore, the motive may be glory and not so much justice.  After all, his main push and pride is how many honors he and Preda have, nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize three times and so forth, which, by the way, brings in another reason to suspect that glory, money and power is at the root of the complaints filed against me.

    According to news reports, President Obama of the United States won the Nobel Peace Prize this year.  More telling, he was not even informed that he had been nominated, and further, the Nobel Institute came on line stating the policy of not releasing the names of nominees for fifty (50) years!  Why is it then, that Shay Cullen and Preda are so eager to break that policy by claiming that he and they had been nominated three times since 2001 (actually, I have it on record that his first mention of the Nobel Peace Prize was uttered at a press conference on February 22, 2000 by Shay Cullen)? 

   Here is a supposedly drug rehabilitation facility claiming to be, among other names found on various documents, the PREDA Tree Farm, the PREDA Home for Boys, the PREDA Home for Girls, the PREDA Children's Home, the PREDA  Summer Camp, the PREDA Center, the PREDA Fair Trade and many other names that may or may not be real names.  But the thrust throughout the site says there is a MAJOR cause for concern of abuse of Filipino children by foreigners, but the site only has such a few cases to list, and nearly half of that number comes from Thailand!

    Why?  What is the motive for such a cry of pedophile mayhem and such a very few cases going back nearly thirty years?  In fact, the first cry about a pedophile by Shay Cullen was a U.S. Naval enlisted man named Dougherty.  Shay Cullen claims that he was the one to bring the man to justice and that he got off with a light sentence.

    I agree:  The man DID get off with a light sentence, thanks to Shay Cullen's news releases that stated the children were 'prostitutes' and that the mayor of Olongapo City at the time, Richard Gordon (now a Senator of the Philippines) was covering up the crime.  The newspaper clips are pretty clear that the child witnesses were pretty much put on trial by the prosecution for their part in the sex acts.  Had the defense attorneys done that, I could admit a fair attempt to discredit the witnesses, but the prosecutors?

    This is how I look for payoffs in the justice system, and it seems to be very high on the side of Shay Cullen when any complaint is against him.

    So, was Mayor Gordon right in his assessment?  Did Shay Cullen, with all his references in public newspapers that the children were "child prostitutes" influence the prosecutors and slant the case in favor of the dismissal of the case against the accused?

   Did Shay Cullen tell the truth, or was Shay Cullen acting then as he is now, a glory-hunting person with no respect for the law, a law that says clearly that names of child victims may NOT be published (look at all the names of the victims on his web site and note the glaring absence of names of the perpetuators with the glaring exceptions that my children and those of my housemaid were changed to ficticious names, whereas other named children on the web site are given their REAL names)?

    So there you have it:  My motivation and the motives of Shay Cullen and his Preda staff.
