Synopsis

The reader may even smile if he looks at the table of contents to see how often Shay Cullen bounces around in his own book. There is also a listing of the documents and pictures that I provide for the reader to review.
Towards the beginning of this book, I skipped many pages of Passion and Power due to the fact I did not have enough data to verify most of his writings, but toward the middle of his book and especially where I was directly involved in his writings, I copied full chapters, occasionally leaving out a paragraph or two that I had no comment about.  I even copied some paragraphs from his book simply to keep everything he said in context so that I could not be accused of taking words out of context.
My personal opinion of this book is that it starts out slow, but as I warmed up to the task, my questions for the reader to concider begin to have more impact.  Besides, I had to lay the groundwork about the various typefaces I used in my text so the reader would know what were Shay Cullen's words, my words and other people's comments.
    What kind of questions?
Well, If I answered that, I'd spoil the reader's own opinion, wouldn't I?
And above all else, I do not wish to influence the opinion of the reader with my own opinion.  That is why I use documents for the reader to review in my book, pictures for the reader to see, and let's face it - the reader has a right to his or her own opinion!
I do hope that the reader enjoys this "two books in one" format!
    Warm regards and thoughtful reading!

Distribution note

This book will not be for sale in the Philippines.

This is to maintain the same status as Shay Cullen’s book, “Passion and Power” which also is not for sale in the Philippines according to his own sworn testimony, in order that he could not be charged with libel (I did file such a case with the prosecutor in Olongapo City, and it was dismissed for not having jurisdiction – We’ll see how the appeal works out).

If you read either or both of these books, then you will certainly understand why this must be the case.  Shay Cullen’s book is certainly not for sale in the Philippines, as there is clearly malicious libel within its pages, since it uses such descriptive words as “sleazy” and “corrupt” in descriptions of named and unnamed persons, and the persons named within those pages would most likely take strong offense for being so described and accused of wrongdoings, negligence or other criminal activity as claimed by Shay Cullen.

In this case, it is more for this writer’s protection than anything else, as Shay Cullen and his staff certainly have reason not to want the truth exposed, and would assuredly try to file libel charges against me, irrespective of the honest attempt at balanced writing that I have tried my utmost to uphold.

However, I honestly feel that he and his staff will have a problem with that, as in libel, malicious intent must be proven.  In this case, if anything, I am writing this book to provide some insight to the workings of the mind of the man who wrote “Passion and Power” in order to provide enough knowledge that contributors to Shay Cullen and Preda Foundation, Inc. will know what they are supporting, and I’m fairly certain that Shay Cullen will try to imply that my intent is to defame him and his staff.

As per my style, I simply ask the reader to consider the point of whether I am defaming him or if he is providing his own defamation and I am simply pointing out obvious facts.

If the readers still feel that the man and his foundation are worth supporting, that is certainly their choice.

Where can you get the book?

Well, that is the hard part at this time.  You can get a copy by writing to Rev. Kyoji Goto, Love and Human Rights Forum, 1-43-1 Kumugawa, Higashimurayama City, Tokyo, Japan 189-0003, or calling Japan at 042-391-7876 for more information.

Notice:  All proceeds from sale of the book from that source go to the Love and Human Rights Forum.

I'd rather support a worth organization like theirs than take any money.  As long as I have enough for my family to be healthy and happy, I don't need any more.
