Medical report released by San Marcelino hospital.  Remember what I said this event triggered?

I’m called in for interview at DSWD Iba, where the legality issues of the abduction of my daughter are covered, the assessment of my parenting skills discussed, the family background including the abadonment of the children by their mother to commit bigamy in Australia and other issues that have no correlation whatsoever with the supposed rape of my daughter.  There was not a mention at all of her brother being involved in this interview, so I still had no idea what was coming.

The maid's daughter called in for interview at Preda.  Shay Cullen submitted two two wildly differing versions of what happened in that interview to the investigator when charged for the crime of rape of a child.  One version stated that I watched adult videos with the maid's daughter, for example, where the other (in Tagalog) said I did NOT do such a thing.  Because this is so pertinent to what I am saying, please see excerpts of the two documents combined below (Cullen's statement in English followed immediately by the Tagalog interview transcript - English translation follows immediately after):

I:  And sometimes you watch X-rated movies.

R:  I watch it.

I:  You and him.  (my note:  This is the INTERVIEWER'S statement, not hers)

R:  It depends if he was not there, my mother.    (This seems to implicate me, but read on....)

I:  Even so, that’s also last year?

R:  Yes.

I:  OK, so you always had the privilege, like that’s better?

II:  So, you’re the one who can watch that.  The small children?

R:  No.

II:  Even (her brother's name blacked out)?

R:  No, my mother and I watch.

II:  Both her and her mother watched it.  (Statement made by the interviewer.  NOT A QUESTION)

I:  Sunshine also there?

II:  If Sunshine was not there.  (Statement made by the interviewer.  NOT A QUESTION)

I:  But when Sunshine’s watching, it’s OK for you to be with him?

R:  No   (is this a direct answer to the question of whether I watch X-rated moves with her or not?)

So, two points:  Two interviewers gang up on a young girt to get her testimony, and although she denies any involvement by me, I am accused of disrupting the mind of the child!  Does the reader note the domineering done on a seventeen year old girl who is there only for testimony about her younger brother and the so-called rape of my daughter? What do any of the questions have to do with the rape of my daughter? Moreover, I have been told by the maid's daughter herself that some statements are twisted around from the actual words used, and meanings changed drastically when she read the so-called official transcript.

Another point is that Preda called in the boy for interview on this day, and immediately the boy is taken to the prosecutor to swear that he raped my daughter two times.  He was taken to prosecutor’s office to sign two incriminating documents without a defense attorney or any of his parents to help him (more on these cases later, complete with a document that confirms this date on one of their reports - watch for it).  Charges were filed by Mr. & Mrs. Payumo, but the case was summarily dismissed (incidentally, this same “Special Prosecutor for Child Abuse Cases” adamantly refused to investigate the charges against Cullen, and actually interfered with investigations to the point that he filed a case against me for malicious prosecution against him because I protested his interference in the case AFTER his (4) inhibitions.

For those who do not understand, "inhibition" means that the prosecutor or judge takes no interest or action in cases involving the parties involved.  But this prosecutor was so incensed that I complained about his involvement he filed criminal charges against me because I objected to his attempt to override a judge's court order returning my daughter to her family!

Held meeting at my house with two ladies from the DSWD, where I expressed my concern about Cullen’s attitude and overbearing demeanor.  Note the fact that with these people I was quite cooperative (page 2, bottom - The first page of that report you saw already at the bottom of page 2 of Chronolgy)

Please note the statement made on this report under February 3, item 4:  Initial plans OF MINE to get back my daughter.  It has already been six days at this point that my daughter was taken from her school with the promise that she would be returned in three to five days, if there were no problems found.  At this point in time, there is NO ACCUSATION against her brother or myself, yet there is no effort being taken to return the child to her family.  Besides, the evidence has clearly been uncovered that the son of the maid is no longer in the residence and is in fact living some distance away that would preclude any threat from him.  So why the continued foot-dragging by the people of Preda and the DSWD?  

Now I am not cooperative anymore (I doubt that you would be either), and I am called several foul names by Cullen and his staff (note their choice of words in their sworn statements).  Would you be cooperative after accusations against you for such crimes?  True, I have filed several lawsuits against Shay Cullen and his supporters, but after all, my son is being falsely accused, I am being falsely accused, and CHILDREN should not be so accused on such flimsy evidence, and Cullen’s paranoia against being in court as a defendant is amazing.  I have been charged with malicious prosecution, and I showed up at court the moment I found out it was in court to pay my bail, be identified, and so on.  The filer of the case demanded twelve thousand Pesos bail, which I paid, although, interestingly, the maximum fine is less than half that amount.

By the way, the filer of the case is not Shay Cullen or his staff, but his favorite prosecutor, who, shortly after being charged for interfering in the case after he inhibited himself four (4) times filed for the involuntary custody of my daughter, was promoted to be a Regional Trial Court Judge - and that's when he filed the case against me.  Was that filing against me his award to Preda for getting promoted?
