My wife and I. And we love each other very much, but we are soon to be separated by a priest and his supporters, because they want me deported, have filed a case for my deportation, and it seems nothing will deter them from destroying my family. Not only that, but my wife and I will never get to see our children or grandchildren ever again if Shay Cullen and his supporters are successful (I will, of course, immediately petition the government for my wife to be allowed to join me after my deportation).
Very Christian, aren't they? Oh, yes, you may read all their sordid accusations against me and the children on their "Christian" web site, http://www.preda.org/work/resolution/legalcasefile.html - It is the very first case listed.
What is really sad for us is that my children and I have been under attack without letup since 1998, calling my daughter a victim of two children (she was a virgin when taken into Preda Foundation, but hey, does that matter at all?), one of whom was supposedly her brother to have raped her. And this accusation did not come out until after Preda was under pressure by the government to return the child to her family. There had been NO accusation against the boy prior to her being abducted from her school and taken to Preda, yet Shay Cullen and his staff claim fastidiously that she told her teachers, her classmates, social workers and the police that her brother raped her, yet none of that came out, as I said, PRIOR to her being abducted. In fact, here is the sworn affidavit of the social worker who investigated the case, with the names of my daughter and of the ONE boy mentioned in the affidavit blanked out:
And there are more accusations by Preda Foundation, Inc., but they're not as important as the rape of my daughter. Anyway, you can read what they have to say about me on their own web site.
The day she was picked up from her school, there was no hint of any complaint about her brother; this only came up after the Department of Social Welfare and Development, by my urging, was beginning to question why she was not returned to her family as promised after a few days of investigation.
You see, the boy initially charged was living thirty three (33) kilometers away from her home, after having been removed from the house after the initial complaint against him more than THREE (3) months earlier. We came to find out that there was no cause for alarm at the time, because although the complaint had been that he had raped her TEN OR MORE TIMES, her hymen was intact, and that many rapes would surely have destroyed her hymen! So, by removing him from her, this eliminated the problem, but according to Shay Cullen, because I continued to hire his mother as my maid, well, there must have been some continuing sexual abuse going on. So he or his staff called the NBI in Olongapo and the DSWD in San Fernando (who called the regional office in Iba to have a social worker investigate the complaint initiated by Preda Foundation).
So, why was she taken into custody? The boy was not at her school anymore, he no longer lived in San Antonio, but had moved back with his father in Barretto.
This is really a good question, and after eleven years of harrassment of this family by Shay Cullen and Preda Foundation supporters, I guess I will have to hazard a guess: Shay Cullen was losing his battle with a fight over a man convicted of violating a point of law. This man was being championed by one Hartmut ("Harry") Joost, a German that seemed to have gotten on the bad side of Shay Cullen for some reason. So he needed another "VICTORY" in his goal to become a champion pedophile hunter - This is where I came in, and this is where he made his first of many mistakes.
First of all, you should have noted by now that I have not been highly defensive of Victor Keith Fitzgerald, although I honestly do not believe he did the things that Shay Cullen said he did. But perhaps, I should start soon to share what I do know about some facts of the Fitzgerald case. But not now, except to point to how I believe the two attacks are related.
Yes, I said "believe" - But I think my deductions are sound enough, and I will share them with you now:
First of all, in some of Shay Cullen's affidavits to prosecutors and statements to the world, Shay Cullen has said he put my friends behind bars, and that's why I'm angry. Nonsense, I know, but let's look at the facts: I am not a friend of Victor's. I met him because I had to - Harry made sure of that, and I have NO friends in jail, and neither Shay Cullen or Preda has put any of MY friends in jail, except for Harry, and I know that those were false charges. After all, he was not deported, although charged and had a ruling against him, so if the charge was true he would have been deported. Instead he died of natural causes a free man.
Free, but at the cost of his health and his family, who are now destitute, the projected fate of my family, if Shay Cullen and Preda Foundation and all their supporters' efforts are successful.
And who else is mentioned? Let's see: Bill McCune. A complaint filed against him and Harry resulted in Harry being deportable, but I was NOT charged for deportation in 2001. I had received a dismissal of the complaint, but I NEVER RECEIVED THE COMPLAINT, NOT EVEN WHEN I WROTE AND ASKED FOR IT. Isn't that something? The RESOLUTION of the complaint is listed here:
I'm not sure what to make of it, but there you are: A witch hunt was made to try and locate this Bill McCune person, who was not in the Philippines. I found out from Harry that Bill McCune was in Florida at the time with no intentions of ever returning to the Philippines, as he had retired as a FEDEX pilot, the only reason that he came to the Philippines as far as I know. I met him once or twice at Harry's restaurant, but that makes him an acquaintence, not a friend.
And Harry was never deported before he died in 2007, his documentation being found somewhere else, as what I was told. What do you make of that?
Note that a complaint was filed against Harry and Mr. McCune for running a web site. Note also that there is no mention of my being connected with that web site in this resolution, but not only was my name on the complaint for the web site, SO WAS VICTOR KEITH FITZGERALD, A MAN IN JAIL AT THE TIME! The first page of the complaint is attached here as proof of this statement:

So, back to the question of why they are consistently attacking me since 1998: I found out that Shay Cullen actually raped my daughter. Did you note that the dismissal of rape had been reversed by the Department of Justice ( in the above deportation resolution)? There's your answer:
Shay Cullen raped my daughter, got his staff to lie about it (they were charged with perjury, but like Shay Cullen's rape case, the case was withdrawn from court before they were to be arraigned and stand trial). Shay Cullen and his staff are mad at me for uncovering what is actually being done against others in a most UNHUMANE manner - breaking the laws of GOD, bearing false witness and outright lies. They want to SHUT ME UP, but I am incensed now, and I will not stop until they either appologize to my wife, son, daughter and I and submit some sort of restitution, which has to include the removal of every bit of information from their web site about my daughter, my son and I and A FULL AND ACCEPTABLE TO US APPOLOGY WITH A LIKEWISE SUBMISSION OF SOME SORT OF RESTITUTION TO OUR LIVES, or the defrocking, excommunication and deportation of the most un-Christian priest I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.
There is a fever in some supporters of Preda to call me a pedophile. Where's your proof? If Shay Cullen had proof of any wrongdoing on my part, he should have filed charges against me in early 1998. He did not because he could not. Consider the fact that my daughter has never once collaborated any accusation while she was in Preda or government custody from 29 January 1998 until 20 May 1998, a period of time amounting to 101 DAYS!
Indeed, if his accusations against my having sex with the daughter of my maid, why was she not taken into "protective custody" as my daughter endured "protective custody" for 101 days? After all, SHE GAVE THE STATEMENTS WITHOUT HER PARENTS PRESENCE, and such protective custody, if it were needed, should have been implemented. More interestingly, she not only gave the statements that Shay Cullen says she gave in Preda, but was interviewed separatedly and privately with government social workers in Iba, and even they had no comment about the rantings of Shay Cullen and Preda staff about me sleeping with the child because it was not true.
So, am I defaming the staff of Preda, or are they defaming me to the point that I have no choice BUT TO DEFEND MY HONOR AND THE HONOR OF MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN PUBLIC?
If you note in the above two documents I posted on this page, they refer to me as a pedophile supporter. Really? Where is their proof? A child cannot be a pedophile, because a pedophile, by definition IS AN ADULT, and I am defending my children. Where is ANY proof that I have defended in any way any "pedophile"?
Oops, I guess the staff of Preda Foundation must be catching Shay Cullen's tact of telling bad stories. Defaming them? No. But neither will I allow them to defame my family nor I.
One thing is certain: If I get deported, my book, "Hard Questions" will be sold here in the Philippines. It does not defame the Filipino, but exposes how Shay Cullen himself defames the Filipino.
Consider: When the Financial health of Preda Foundation was put into question (this is from Shay Cullen's book, "Passion and Power" by the way), what did Shay Cullen do? Go back to the Philippines from Ireland, where he was, to try to help the staff?
NO. He was gone, according to his own words, from May 17 until December 25, 1982 (he said "Christmas Day, 1982"). He went on a merry jaunt for a few months visiting relatives in Canada, then went through Central and South America, all the way down to Peru, exploring the mountains and hills and other beautiful sights while his staff struggled to keep Preda afloat financially. Then he came back, and in ONE PARAGRAPH, demanded the return of the Foundation's money, but that demand was refused.
Did he show outrage? No. More like "Oh, well....." : The last two sentences in that chapter are very telling: "We didn't have a chance. The next phase of our existence began one day in June 1982." (I wonder if the reader noted that he arrives in December 1982, but the next event is June, six months earlier?)
