I know some of you might cheer this, and that concerns me for your souls. Some might caution me to be careful and I will, never fear. For those of you who might want to tell me to just laugh this off, that it is a fake, I'm sorry, I will not do that: I have a bullet hole in my gate with police report; my lawyer was shot at in his own home with his family at risk a year after he started representing my children and I and there is a police report on that incident as well (see the below police sketch), so I will NOT pass this off as unimportant. This is not my first threat or attempt on my life, and I am sure it will not be my last, but I will keep everyone informed what is happening. To those Preda supporters, are you happy that the money you spend to help Filipinos is so used? If so, shame be upon you.
In fact, Shay Cullen himself fingered me in one failed assassination attempt: Although we have never, except in the very first meeting, had any real pleasant words with each other, Shay Cullen greeted me with a friendly "Good morning, Mr. Edmonds", whereupon a mean-looking man walked into the room, stared intently at my face for a few seconds and quickly left. And this is in a PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE, and I am the complaint against Shay Cullen for a complaint I filed.
So, put two and two together: Shay Cullen is a defendent in an accusation against him, meeting me, an angry person for what he did and he knows it, where his first meeting with me at the courtroom in February 26, 1998 is to approach me from behind, grab me by the shoulder and say "We have a meeting upstairs" and then walk quickly away. This is the man who says "Good morning Mr. Edmonds"? Believe it or not, we are NOT on friendly terms, so the statement immediately made me wary.
After the meeting, I left going a different direction than expected, and saw some very anxious people running toward the direction I was supposed to go. One was carrying a bag that could well have held a rifle. Point was, they were not excited until they saw me.

Since January 1998, my children and I have been kidnapped, threatened, falsely charged by Shay Cullen and his Preda Foundation, Inc. and this is the result of my fighting back. Is that fair of Shay Cullen and his staff? If you believe in this priest, then you are sadly being misled away from God. Think about what he does carefully as compared to what he says he says. It is his name and the names of his staff on the papers to charge my son with rape; same as the charges against me for obstruction of justice for defending my son and charging Shay Cullen in court for rape, obstruction of justice, grave oral defamation, perjury and so forth. And some of the outrageous words in the dismissals is proof enough of the fact he paid off the authorities to make my complaints worthless.
Consider the charge in which I was found guilty: "Malicious Prosecution" because I filed a complaint to the Ombudsman against one of Shay Cullen's favorite prosecutors because after he inhibited himself four (4) times, he petitioned to the Department of Justice and the Department of Social Welfare and Development for the abduction and involuntary custody of my daughter. Because I complained once and protested the dismissal, I am GUILTY of being malicious!
Isn't it interesting that AFTER I filed such a complaint against the prosecutor he was promoted to be a Regional Trial Court Judge and that is when he filed the complaint for malicious prosecution against me and managed to get a conviction despite the fact that the sitting judge had to go off the record to reprimand the complainant (a judge, no less) for actively participating while as a witness in the decisions of the court?
