Worse, he suggests to the whole world that perverts and pedophiles are welcome in the Philippines, that no one (except him and his Preda Foundation) want to put an end to such practices as those he preaches about. Indeed, he makes it very clear to readers that authorities not only turn their heads, but actively support foreigner pedophiles and perverts!

What is not publicly known is that Shay Cullen and his staff also cover up their crimes against the Filipinos. For example, they have filed patently false complaints against me, trying to get me to be deported as an undesireable alien because of three points:

1 - I don't pay taxes in my country. Nonsense, and they submitted no supporting documents, but even so, that is not a concern of the Philippines!

2 - I defraud my country's health care system. Again, nonsense, and again, they submitted not one iota of proof.

3. I plan to flee the Philippines. The complaint was filed a year ago, I am still here with my Filipino family, and asking for a resolution from the BID, but it seems that perhaps Shay Cullen and his staff don't want the dismissal released. I WILL be filing damages!

This is from the "priest" who is seemingly not interested in God's love, but in breaking up and destroying families.

PREDA (Peoples Recovery, Empowerment and Development Assistance, as indicated in his article) started out from an act of theft, and admitted as much in his book "Passion and Power" on page 113 that he bought the property that is now Preda as an agent of his superior and in his capacity as an agent for DARE.

I will bet that most readers do not know that PREDA originally stood for "PREVENT AND REHABILITATE DRUG ABUSERS (PREDA) FOUNDATION, INC." and had no connections to anything remotely like getting children out of jail or helping sexually abused women and children.

Think of it: Drug addicts and ex-incarcerated persons mixed with sexually, emotionally and mentally traumatized women and children...How dangerous is a proposition like that?

The original Articles of Incorporation written in 1974 of what is now Preda consisted of a mere four pages whose main goal was treatment of alcohol and drug addicted persons OF ANY AGE. And this same foundation has been accused of abductions of Filipino children, rape of at least one child, obstruction of justice, libel, grave oral defamation, and other acts, but they always get the charges dismissed, sometimes in such a manner that certain international interests have begun to ask questions and write to the authorities asking questions.
