Plagiarism, CORRECTED

18 May 2009

I picked up the below article from http://www.iskandalo.com/article.html?id=553It has since been modified by the staff at Iskandalo.com and now has the page number 554.  They contacted me and stated that it was their staff's mistake to attribute the writing to Shay Cullen.  The majority of the below is now deleted, but I left only enough of the original to let the reader know that I do make corrections where appropriate.   I also thank the personnel at Iskandalo.com for responding to my points in a timely manner.
Is the below misleading? It would have been, if it had not been properly corrected.  People make mistakes, and here is my point:  If someone knows of a mistake and makes appropriate and timely corrections, then it is simply a mistake.  If, on the other hand, the mistake is pointed out to the person (or organization, such as Preda Foundation, Inc.), and they do nothing to rectify it, but instead compound their mistake by failure to apologize or offer any form of restitution, or worse, continue their wrongful public condemnation of an innocent family, then it is no longer a mistake, per se, but a malicious attack.  And any maliciious attack is bound to have a backlash.

Hoping we will be one, forever
