There is a case against me by the former prosecutor, now judge, Dorentino Z. Floresta. Simply put, he was requested to be inhibited by my lawyer due to the fact that he was known to be a close supporter of Shay Cullen. A sample of the motion to inhibit and change of venue is here. Below it is Floresta’s zinger of an endorsement to his superiors. Was he justified in the words he used?

Because the scanned document is so light, I will reprint the main paragraph here:
"Respectuflly indorsed to Hon. Carlos L. de Leon, Regional State Prosecutor, San Fernando, Pampanga, the entire records of I.S. No. 98-2134 (Allan Dale Edmonds versus Shay Cullen) and I.S. Nos. 98-2230 and 98-2231 (Shay Cullen vs. Allan Dale Edmonds, et al.) for his consideration and appropriate action as Third Assistant City Prosecutor Raymond S. Viray inhibited himself from resolving these cases with special request that the Office of the Regional State Prosecutor should handle these cases in view of the seriousness of the charges against Father Shay Cullen, whose character, integrity and reputation as advocate of children's rights is not only put on trial but the DSWD, Lingap Center, Olongapo City and the undersigned as well, because of their close association and cooperation with Father Cullen in their cooperative efforts to protect and uphold the rights, interests and welfare of the children."
To clarify: The case 98-2134 is the charge of rape of my daughter filed against Shay Cullen. The case that went to court but was withdrawn at the express order of the Office of the President under the signature of Renaldo B. Zamora. The cases mentioned 98-2230 and 98-2231 filed against me, Mrs. Payumo and Attorney Cari-an, our lawyer for obstruction of justice, a complaint that was dismissed by the investigator as unsustainable, as a previous judge had ruled on the custody of my daughter, and so never went to court. The dismissal, interestingly enough, did not even mention Mrs. Payumo or Atty. Cari-an. Had it gone to court, I honestly think that Shay Cullen would have dragged the case out for as long as he possibly could - but that is conjecture, and therefore meaningless.

Where am I going with this? you might ask. The answer is simple, but that will be in another page. You see, Floresta filed a case against me for "Malicious Prosecution", and that will be in another page very shortly. I hope you enjoy the reading. It is certainly an eye-opener!!!!
