At this point, do you see any signatures? When I received this, I wrote to the Securities and Exchange Commission questioning the validity of the document without signatures. That is how I came to receive the original Articles of Incorporation, as the officials there pointed to the signatures on the Articles of Incorporation for ZARECEN to be effective for PREDA. Does this make sense?
