Obviously, on this page of the Articles of Incorporation, there is no mention whatsoever of sexually abused women and/or children. So the question remains, are drug addicts and alcoholics mixed with victims of sexual assault? Note that on this page, there is no definition of the age of drug abusers to any degree - that comes on the next page.
