DISCLAIMER:  All information provided on this site is backed by extensive documentation.  The purpose of this site is not to libel, but to expose the truth behind the person and organization of Shay Cullen.  If anyone has any countering evidence, contact me and I'll provide information on how to get the evidence into the web site.  Be forewarned, however, that I will not allow deception to be portrayed here - I intend to follow up and verify all facts presented to me, and most likely will provide the information as a separate link with comments to allow any reader full understanding of the presented evidences.  I'm like that, which is why Shay Cullen and certain members of his staff have gone out of their way to discredit me, filing obviously falsified complaints against me.  Their efforts only made me more determined to expose them to the world for what they are.  I will not say what - that is up to the reader to decide for himself; I just ask questions and present the evidence I have.

  

Before we get any further, please look at the above picture.  It was not taken by me, but by a reporter who was interviewing Shay Cullen with his permission.  Note the display board in the background, where he displays pictures of his "success stories".  These pictures were also found on the Internet where he had them published, apparently.  Obviously, the picture is not a flattering one, but then, I am not impressed with the man who my daughter claims raped her.  Worse, he provided information and documents that allowed the prosecutor to file charges in court, and the documentation was strong enough that even the Department of Justice denied his appeal to have the case removed from court.  The very facts that he never attended the hearings, was a fugitive from a warrant for his arrest when he appealed to the Office of the President after the Department of Justice denied his appeal (which fact should have been crucial in consideration by the Office of the President, but was not) and yet the Office of the President ordered the court to withdraw the case without being heard points to some very strong influence by him and his supporters to deny justice being served does it not?

 I and my children are under continuing libel in the world media by Shay Cullen and his staff of Preda Foundation, Inc.; therefore, do not be surprised if a new link button shows up from time to time on the left.  I and others working to uncover the truth about Shay Cullen and his Preda Foundation, Inc. are also facing not only death threats from these people, but actual attempts on their persons, as can be seen by the bullet hole in my gate and other events that have been reported to the police and other officials.  (see links and the below picture)

 

Shay Cullen and his Preda staff have often SAID they have had death threats, but is this only paranoia or hype?  I have never seen any proof of their claims, and considering the glee in which they announce anything bad happening to them, such as this request to the Commissioner on Human Rights, specifically requesting that their identity remain anonymous and then published on their web site, one would think that they would also present their evidence.  But their actions are often at odds with their words, such as in this case.  There is a difference in making statements and actually facing shots fired at you, isn't there? 

 

Documents stack up, history is distorted, and Shay Cullen continues to claim his accolades.  But does he really deserve them?  This web site is set up for the sole purpose to expose the truth about what Shay Cullen says and does.

Libel?  No, the truth. 

As a matter of fact, should Shay Cullen or anyone else offer proof that what is written here is wrong, I will also place that offer of proof on this web site as long as it is true AND I will remove the erroneous information.  Of course, I reserve the right to examine any submissions, and if those submissions are distortions of the truth, then I will comment on them as is my right when the information is added to this site, and hereby reserve the right to report on this web site any allegations submitted with any evidence that I have access to that refutes such allegations.

Included on this web site are documents that belie the claims he has on his web site.  The only thing done to these documents are to block out the names and addresses of the children involved to protect their identity if they are discussed in any way.  However, let me also note here that I do not intentionally disparage the Preda Foundation except where individuals have acted wrongly against me or others.

Inasmuch as Preda is set up by Shay Cullen as a charitable organization, and he does lie about many things as can be shown on this site in his own signed documents, I am sure that employees are also misled by him to sign documents that expose them to instances of perjury and libel. Therefore, my intention in mentioning Preda is in the context of his personality, writings and actions, and not of his employees, who, unless I directly name them, I hold as his innocent scapegoats.  For this reason, should he charge me with libel, any person who signs with him that has not been directly named will be sadly dragged into his web of lies.

What is this site all about?

This site is dedicated to unraveling the lies that have been said about people in the Philippines, my children and I, and many other people.

Shay Cullen, a Columban priest from Ireland, claims that he is the victim.

Is he the victim or is he the victimizer? 

Documents presented on this site will prove that claims that he is innocent of rape of a seven-year-old child are here for the public viewing because he managed to have the case filed against him withdrawn from the court without his ever being arraigned.  In other words, he was NEVER "exonerated" as he so often claims, and the documents that he refers to for his "exoneration" will be displayed with pertinent information about the children involved blacked out, but NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE COVERED UP OR WITHHELD.

Unlike Shay Cullen's web site, the names of children will not be presented in full or simply falsified as he does in violation of the law, but totally blacked out, along with the parents' address, the schools' addresses, or any other data that could positively identify them.  The one exception is that of my daughter because her situation is fully disclosed on the Preda web site on their link "EDMONDS CASE FILE". 

My daughter, because she was the rape victim, and I, her father, have been fully identified many times by Shay Cullen on his web site, thereby identifying my daughter.  He has since changed the names (after I sued him) to false names, but continues to publish the information he claims is the truth.  What does that say about his integrity?

Shay Cullen and his staff claim that her half brother and a house girl's son were the perpetrators of her rape.  Were they? 

Let the documents that he presented, the documents such as the police blotters and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) documents such as the Summary of Actions Taken and the facts as told by others tell the truth.

Shay Cullen's Preda web site has a reprint of the Republic Act 7610, but I found it was incomplete, so I scanned my copy of the law and placed a button on the left, which, when active, will allow you to see it as scanned.  You see, he is charged in court for violation of this law, which he has stated in his affidavits for his defense "THERE IS NO SUCH LAW."  Is this the truth?  See for yourself.
